Lunasol Sleep Return & Refund Policy: Because Sometimes Things Don’t Work Out

At Lunasol Sleep, we’re all about making your nights smoother than a perfectly fluffed pillow. But hey, life happens. If your order didn’t work out the way you dreamed (pun intended), no worries—we’ll help you sort it out. Whether you’re after a return, exchange, or store credit, we’ll make it as painless as possible.


Returns Eligibility:

  • Our return policy applies to all products purchased directly from LunasolSleep.com.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Any requests after this period will not be processed.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may have specific return requirements. Please refer to the product description or contact us for details.


How to Return Without the Drama:

  1. Send Us a Note: Email hello@lunasolsleep.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Bonus points for telling us why—it helps us get better.

  2. We’ll Guide You: We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Think of it as a treasure map for your return journey.

  3. Pack It Like a Pro: Securely package the item to avoid damage during transit.

  4. Ship It: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or it’s our mistake. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


Return & Refund Options:

  • Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 days. Bank processing times may vary.

  • Exchange: If you prefer an exchange, let us know during your initial contact. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Store Credit: Available for eligible returns if a refund or exchange isn’t preferred.


Non-Refundable Items:

  • Opened Mouth Tape (First 30-day pouch): Yours to keep, but we’d love your feedback!

  • Unopened Mouth Tape Pouches: Eligible for store credit if returned within 30 days.

  • Opened Sleep Masks: Non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Unopened masks in original packaging can be returned for store credit.

  • Opened MoonMist Magnesium Oil: Not eligible for return. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days.

  • Gift Cards or Vouchers: Non-refundable.

  • Shipping Charges: Non-refundable unless the error is ours.


Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrived damaged, email hello@lunasolsleep.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • Upon verification, we’ll arrange for a replacement or offer store credit.


Return Shipping:

  • If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we’ll cover the return shipping.

  • For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If free shipping was applied initially, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund or store credit.


Subscription Situations:

  • No Refunds on Refills: Once a subscription refill ships, it's yours.

  • Cancel Anytime: Manage your subscription in your account or contact us.

  • First Subscription Order: If it's unopened and within 30 days, it's eligible for store credit.
