Lunasol Sleep Return & Refund Policy: Because Sometimes Things Don’t Work Out

At Lunasol Sleep, we’re all about making your nights smoother than a perfectly fluffed pillow. But hey, life happens. If your order didn’t work out the way you dreamed (pun intended), no worries—we’ll help you sort it out. Whether you’re after a return, exchange, or store credit, we’ll make it as painless as possible.


The Need-to-Know Stuff

  • Only the Real Deal: This policy is just for items bought directly from LunasolSleep.com. If you snagged our products from another store, you’ll need to chat with them about their rules.
  • No Pajamas, No Return: We can only take back unopened items in their original packaging. Think of it as a sleepover rule: if it’s been unpacked, it’s already part of the family.
  • 30 Days to Decide: You’ve got a month (from delivery) to figure out if it’s a keeper or a "meh."
  • Shipping Shenanigans: If you scored free shipping but return something, we’ll deduct the shipping cost from your store credit. And yes, you’re responsible for return shipping unless it’s our oops.

Returns by Product

Mouth Tapes

  • Opened products (like your first 30-day pouch)? Yours to keep—no takebacks, but we’d love your feedback!
  • Unopened pouches? Totally returnable for store credit as long as they meet the 30-day rule.

Sleep Masks

  • These little luxuries can only be returned if they’re unopened and in their original packaging (because hygiene).
  • Got a defective mask or one that arrived looking like it lost a pillow fight? Let us know, and we’ll replace it or issue store credit.

MoonMist Magnesium Oil

  • If it’s unopened and still looking fresh, it’s eligible for return.
  • A bottle that arrived damaged or leaking? Snap a pic, send it our way, and we’ll replace it faster than you can say "MoonMist magic."

How to Return Without the Drama

  1. Send Us a Note: Email us at hello@lunasolsleep.com with your order number and what you’d like to return (bonus points for a reason—helps us improve!).
  2. We’ll Guide You: We’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Think of it as a treasure map for your return journey.
  3. Pack It Like a Pro: Make sure it’s safe and snug in the box—no one likes a damaged return.

Subscription Situations

  • No Refunds on Refills: Once a subscription refill is shipped, it’s yours to keep.
  • Cancel Anytime: Stop future refills anytime through your account or by emailing us.
  • First Subscription Order: Didn’t love it? If it’s unopened, you can send it back for store credit within 30 days.

What About Damage or Defects?

If your product arrives damaged or looking like it had a rough night:

  1. Snap a Pic: Send us an email at hello@lunasolsleep.com with your order number, a photo of the problem, and a quick rundown of what’s wrong.
  2. We’ll Fix It: Depending on the issue, we’ll replace it or give you store credit.
