A little bit about me

In 2023, a car accident flipped my world upside down. One moment I was fine, the next I was staring at months of rehab, casted up in a hospital bed with both arms and legs broken. Five surgeries. Over a year of physical therapy. Nights where pain wouldn’t let me sleep and days where exhaustion turned into anxiety and brain fog.

I refused to numb myself with pills. I didn’t want a Band-Aid — I wanted real healing. But nothing worked. My sleep was wrecked, my nervous system was fried, and my body wasn’t recovering.

That’s when I stumbled onto something almost embarrassingly simple: my breathing. Specifically, how I was breathing at night. I started taping my mouth, forcing myself to breathe through my nose. And almost instantly, everything shifted. My sleep deepened. My recovery sped up. My stress levels dropped.

That tiny piece of tape turned out to be the first step to rebuilding my health — naturally.

From Surviving to Thriving

That discovery didn’t just change me — it gave me a mission. Together with my wife, we launched Lunasol Sleep, bringing tools like premium mouth tape and magnesium spray to others searching for natural solutions. But products were only one piece of the puzzle. The other piece — and the deeper transformation — is education and coaching. That’s where FlowFactr comes in.

I didn’t just want to fix myself — I wanted to understand why it worked and how to help others do the same. I trained directly under Patrick McKeown, founder of Oxygen Advantage®, and became a certified Functional Breathing Instructor (Level 1 & Advanced Level 2). I also pursued CPR/AED/First Aid training and am currently attaining my NASM certification to expand into fitness and performance coaching.

Now, through FlowFactr, I teach the same science-backed methods that pulled me out of rock bottom: mouth taping, nasal breathing, functional breathwork, sleep optimization, and performance training.
